Sabourin Kimble & Associates Ltd. was incorporated in the Province of Ontario in May 1988 and holds a Certificate of Authorization from the Professional Engineers of Ontario(P.E.O.). The firm was founded by the principals Richard T. Sabourin, P.Eng. and Alan B. Kimble, P.Eng., who remain active in the firm on a daily basis. Staff in the company ranges from 15-20 persons and is comprised of professional engineers, engineering technologists and technicians, construction inspectors and administrative support staff.

Sabourin Kimble & Associates Ltd. provides detailed design and contract administration services in the civil engineering fields of municipal and water resources engineering. Typical clients include residential land developers, design/build companies, municipal governments, regional governments, conservation authorities, boards of education, architects, and urban planners. The firm has provided engineering expertise on, in, and for numerous projects and municipalities since its inception in 1988.
