Bill LeMaistre graduated in 1992 with a B.Eng. from Carleton University. Mr. LeMaistre began his career with the municipality of the Town of Carleton Place in their Public Works Department and was Acting Chief Building Official.

Bill LeMaistre joined Sabourin Kimble & Associates Ltd. in the fall of 1994 as a municipal construction inspector and progressed to a municipal design engineer from 1995 to 1999. From the spring of 1999, Mr. LeMaistre assumed on an interim basis all contract administration duties of the firm. In the spring of 2000, Mr. LeMaistre was appointed an Associate of the firm and Manager of Municipal Engineering Design and oversees all technical and scheduling coordination of the firms municipal engineering design activities.
